We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Compensation & Welfare Expert. This role is essential for ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our employees through effective compensation and welfare management.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and administer competitive compensation plans and incentive programs.
Oversee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee.
Implement and manage employee welfare initiatives such as wellness programs and work-life balance strategies.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Analyze compensation data and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Address employee queries and issues related to compensation and benefits.
