∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have a good understanding about various type of prints such as, Pigment, White Discharge, Color Discharge, Glitter, Burn Out etc.
∎ Prepare color and paste according to recipe.
∎ Must have good skill in color matching and sense of quality in printing.
∎ Ability to recognize fabrics and determine print & processes related thereto.
∎ Ability to achieve and sustain desired shades of color from printing to finishing of fabrics.
∎ Ensuring color fastness, accurate color reproduction, stability and durability of products.
∎ Ability to work under pressure to accomplish the assigned tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 7 Years of experience rotary screen printing in a reputed Home Textile factory
∎ The applicants should have experience on color technique,. using color measuring equipment to ensure color reliability in dyes and pigments.
∎ Candidate should have computer knowledge, operating basic computer software.
∎ Ability to communicate in English & Bengali both.
Salary: Negotiable
