Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical Electronic Engineering
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Engineering
∎ Skills Required: air compressor maintenance, Boiler Maintenance, Heavy Gas Generator Operations and Maintenance, Maintenance works of ETP
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
At least 10 years in Garments or textile Industry, Industrial Machinery
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop production layouts for the company's to increase productivity and quality standards.
∎ Leading, managing and organizing all Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical utilities of the Mills such as Gas Generator (CAT), Boiler, Air Compressor, ETP.
∎ Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify those needing improvement.
∎ Manage production schedules and coordinate services to maximize productivity.
∎ Give daily production target and follow up the achievement
∎ Find out the bottleneck process and solve.
∎ Check daily non productive time (NPT) and reduce machine breakdown time.
∎ Improve the efficiency of each production process.
∎ Evaluate employees' tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to improve productivity.
∎ Identify root causes and corrective action of technical production problems and develop re-work instructions as needed.
∎ Ensure 70-80 % efficiency.
∎ Monitor every day input and out put.
∎ Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
∎ Prepare daily man/machine report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge and vast experience required to manage Mills utilities such as Gas Generator, Boiler, Air Compressor, ETP, Electrical & Mechanical Workshop
∎ Education: BS in Industrial Engineering / B.Sc. Electrical Electronics Engineering
∎ High attention to detail and organized.
∎ Leadership skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Highly skilled in Auto CAD/CAM, Microsoft Office, PLC Programming software.
Salary: Negotiable
