Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Garments, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn, Battery, Storage cell

• Diploma/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

• Knowledge of BNBC, PWD specifications, and local construction practices.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Garments, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn, Battery, Storage cell

• Age 27 to 38 years

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project (ETABS/SAP/STAAD is a plus)

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building, road, bridge, and infrastructure projects.

• Prepare and review structural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and cost estimates.

• Supervise site activities to ensure work is executed according to drawings, design, and safety standards.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

• Ensure compliance with BNBC (Bangladesh National Building Code) and other relevant regulations.

• Monitor project progress, quality control, and material usage.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.

• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
