∎ Advanced degree in Training management or change management or HR Management or related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have at least 10 years of experience of carrying out (minimum two years as international) performance improvement and/or organizational transition in a government sector, preferably in the area of trade facilitation.
∎ Must be experienced in transition of organization charts and be able to define/align job descriptions to work effectively with automated systems solutions.
∎ Must have excellent communications and report writing skills.
∎ Must have experience of single window project execution.

Salary:
∎ $1,500 to $1,700 N.B: Management can offer a salary more or less than mentioned in the advertisement after conducting an interview of the competent candidate.
