Job Context:
∎ Objective: The Solution and Technology & Architecture Expert will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of the architecture for the Bangladesh National Single Window (NSW) system under the guidelines of the National Board of Revenue. This role involves deep technical leadership in developing strategic architectural blueprints, guiding the integration of complex systems, and ensuring that the technology infrastructure aligns with the NSW`s strategic goals.

∎ Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
∎ Duration: One Year
∎ Reporting to: Development and Implementation Team Lead
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain the architectural blueprints for the NSW system, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives and integration of various components.
∎ Lead the technical team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the NSW infrastructure.
∎ Ensure the technology architecture meets all performance, security, and compliance requirements.
∎ Facilitate the design and implementation of NSW solutions by working closely with the GoB Counterpart Team and other stakeholders.
∎ Guide the development team in adhering to best practices for system scalability, reliability, and availability.
∎ Provide expert guidance on NSW-related IT trends and innovations to maintain a future-proof architecture.
∎ Conduct regular reviews and updates of the technology architecture to accommodate new technologies and business needs.
∎ Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to key stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Over 12 years of experience in managing infrastructure for large systems, with preference given to experience within Government and/or Public Sector.
∎ A minimum of 10 years of dedicated experience in designing technology architecture solutions.
∎ Certification in TOGAF or an equivalent recognized enterprise architecture framework.
∎ Proficiency in ITIL operations procedures and familiarity with IT service management.
∎ Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience leading a technical team of international experts.
∎ Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the Government of Bangladesh (GoB) Counterpart Team.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
∎ Experience in working in multicultural and diverse team environments.
∎ Proficient in the use of architecture and design tools.
