∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Clinical Psychology, counseling psychology, Industrial Psychology
∎ Career counseling and personal development- work one-to-one with individuals to support them in becoming more successful and effective in deliver their organizational objectives, while also enhance their personal well-being.
∎ Training/workshop on psychological issues- Design, develop and conduct training on psychological issues to develop capacity of the employees.
∎ Personnel selection and assessment- Assist to design, develop and implement change management initiatives aimed at helping employees to cope successfully with changes taking place in their workplace, such as restructuring, down-size or new business process.
∎ Provide psychological support to the employees.
∎ Give guidance about career plan.
∎ Helping individuals to make decisions and choices regarding possible ways forward.
∎ Referring individuals to other sources of help, as appropriate.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have good sense of humor, confidentiality & Empathy, good knowledge of career development , Facilitation skill, Knowledge of human behavior, thinking and emotion.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills.
