∎ Master of Social Science (MSS) in Phychology, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD HRm
∎ Training/Trade Course: Mass Communication

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Developing HR Planning in major organizations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have prior experience in HR needs analysis, especially for Government agencies.
∎ Must be familiar with tools & techniques of managing HR issues related to major change within organizations.
∎ Must have excellent communications and report writing skills.
∎ Fluency in Bengali is essential.
∎ Experience in Education sector, Psychology or related field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per company policy.
