We are seeking a highly competent Business Developer to drive growth across multiple online platforms in the education and e-commerce sectors. The selected candidate will be responsible for exploring opportunities, building partnerships, and creating strategies to position our platforms as market leaders.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for online education and e-commerce platforms.

• Identify potential partners, affiliates, and strategic alliances.

• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and business forecasting.

• Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative approaches.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with operational execution.

• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and periodic reports for management.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) (Mandatory).

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or related field preferred.

• Fresh graduates from IBA with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Proficiency in digital platforms, data analysis, and business presentation tools.
