Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a motivated Asst. Officer / Officer for Product Development with strong technical knowledge in Textile Factory. The responsibilities include:
Assist in product development activities for knit and woven fabrics.
Follow up on lab dips, execution cards, approval samples and ensure timely submission.
Ensure shade accuracy, fabric quality, and performance as per buyer’s technical specifications.
Work closely with production, and QA teams to ensure smooth product development.
Maintain proper documentation of development samples, approvals, and lab reports.
Report daily development status to the Senior Officer / Asst. Manager for review.
Any other task by the superior or management.
