• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

We are seeking a motivated Asst. Officer / Officer for Product Development with strong technical knowledge in Textile Factory. The responsibilities include:

• Assist in product development activities for knit and woven fabrics.

• Follow up on lab dips, execution cards, approval samples and ensure timely submission.

• Ensure shade accuracy, fabric quality, and performance as per buyer’s technical specifications.

• Work closely with production, and QA teams to ensure smooth product development.

• Maintain proper documentation of development samples, approvals, and lab reports.

• Report daily development status to the Senior Officer / Asst. Manager for review.

• Any other task by the superior or management.
