∎ Should be capable to achieve optimum production per day utilizing existing manpower.
∎ Having capability to ensure quality production.
∎ Safe & efficient handling of workers to ensure optimum production obtaining a better working environment.
∎ Should be capable to work under pressure.
∎ Should have knowledge about cotton & fancy processing.
∎ To encourage and motivate workers for better performance and make them understand about the rules and regulations of the company.
