∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Good communication skill on English.
∎ Good Knowledge on MS Excel/MS PowerPoint/ MS World etc.
∎ Advanced computer skills include networking, software development, servers & automation.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
∎ High attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support ICT equipment by performing diagnosis of faults to ensure optimum performance of all ICT devices.
∎ Assist in the support of corporate software systems.
∎ Maintain up to date documentation of software applications, hardware, systems and environments.
∎ Regular checks on the performance of network, links, cc cameras, PABX of KPP plants.
∎ Troubleshooting on LA-1000, GlOSTOM software and APM backend service when needed.
∎ Repairing damaged or malfunctioning items.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring of each and every nodes.
∎ Assisting maintenance department in all factory automation. Provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures. Follow up team for initiate corrective actions.
∎ Operates as the point of contact for assigned users.
∎ Assist Inventory management of IT equipment.
∎ Assist on the procurement decision of all IT teams to acquire cost effectively.
∎ Ensuring IT policy and best practices in the organization.
