Job Responsibilities:
∎ Consulting with Plant Head, Responsible for Managing and Planning the Operation and Maintenance of Plant Engines and Auxiliaries, ensure to achieve safe, smooth and reliable production of Electricity.
∎ To Coordinate and monitor the Planned Maintenance Program for accurate and timely completion
∎ Proper database recording/ Documentation of Plant Operational and Maintenance activities.
∎ Monitor the plant staffs for their operational activities, shifting duty & working environment.
∎ Ensure the personal protective tools for all staffs and monitoring proper using of PPE.
∎ Ensure to provide required daily/ monthly reports to Plant Head.
∎ Assist Plant Head to make Plants Yearly Budgets, Yearly Machinery Maintenance Plans, Various Foreign and Local Purchases Costs, other cost estimates, cost control and project revisions.
∎ Reduce break down time by modernizing/modifying the machineries.
∎ Monitoring and executing the erection works of new machineries.
∎ Read and consult all the Operational & Maintenance Manuals of the plant's machinery with an objective of attaining in professional excellence.
∎ Ensure safety training program & cleanliness of working areas.
∎ Maintain water quality for steam generation as per Boiler & Turbine specification.
∎ Motivate the employees to work as team to establish the objectives and expectations and develop action plan and strategies to accomplishing them.
∎ Others job assigned by his Supervisor

∎ Demonstrates good communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of related machineries.
∎ Good interpersonal skill and leadership qualities for developing & motivating the employees to achieve optimum performance.
∎ Good business knowledge to understand corporate objective & to be able to appreciate related issues & contribute to the direction of business
