Education:
∎ B. Sc in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) from Public University or UGC approved reputed private University.
∎ Training and experience in the maintenance of Padding manufacturing factory will be treated as added advantage.

Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the maintenance of the entire operation of the factory.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring and uninterrupted operation of production line, electrical system, energy & water supply, machinery, equipment and device, etc.
∎ Plan, organize and conduct routine and preventive maintenance to achieve zero downtime of machine and electrical system.
∎ Resolve machine breakdown, troubleshooting and repairing within target time to facilitate optimum production and on-time delivery to the customers.
∎ Conduct in-depth analysis of any issue, find root cause and suggest solutions to the management.
∎ Lead installations and commissioning of machine and equipment. Liaise with the suppliers.
∎ Maintain high standard of compliance, follow health & safety policy and rules.
∎ Supervise and monitor any kind of electrical installation i.e. electrical wiring, electrical load calculation, load connection, electrical panel board installation etc.
∎ Complete design, calculation, construction & installation of electrical MDB, DB, SDB board.
∎ Conduct regular inspection and risk assessment of electrical system, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and need for repairing/replacement and take necessary action for resolution.
∎ Monitor and maintain substation and electrical panel board (LT, HT, PFI, MDB, SDB, DB panel) according to compliance.
∎ Create electrical single line diagram, electrical layout plan by Auto-CAD and other software.
∎ Prepare periodical reports for the management. Maintain electrical related documents i.e. electrical layout drawing, electrical checklist, inspection logbook and maintenance record/register & others file.
∎ Prepare factory for various audits conducted by Buyer/Third party/Certification body along with ethical / environmental (Higg FEM) & sustainability/ Chemical and fire safety audit etc.
∎ Analyze corrective action plan (CAP) report and provide feedback to the buyer/audit team after taking corrective action.
∎ Conduct monthly internal audit, preparing CAP Report & discuss with the factory concern about the report.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of energy (Power, Gas etc.) and measure units of utilities used against output unit in operation through monthly reporting.
∎ We are seeking competent candidate having solid experience in maintenance. Job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
