Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and maintain the Quality Assurance System in the production process.
∎ Guide and monitor quality checking implementation according to the buyer’s requirement
∎ Develop, implement and maintain quality plan as per production plan and preset QMS standard.
∎ Ensure sample development as per customer requirements.
∎ Monitor size set approval and any correction required.
∎ Ensure Pre final & Final inspection according to AQL (2.5).
∎ Maintain liaison with buying house merchandiser or QC team for production process follow-up to ensure on-time shipment of a quality product.
∎ Identify relevant quality-related training needs and arrange training accordingly
∎ Assess individual style production process and update concerns to resolve any identified issue.
∎ Implement the best course of action to resolve fabric, accessories or trims in-house delay, any process gap for knitting, dying, cutting, washing, finishing, packaging etc.
∎ Ensure quality inspection prior to handing over goods to buyer representative for final inspection.
∎ Instruct the Finishing department for correct tagging and packing requirements
∎ Maintain smooth communication with buyer representatives to understand about quality requirements of each buyer.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge of production process, machine and other resources
∎ Well conversant in English
∎ Well conversant in MS, Excel office
∎ Good analytical ability
