∎ Good communication skill
∎ Good negotiation skill

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop customer from initial stage like sample development and price negotiation.
∎ Monitor and execute all kind of merchandising work.
∎ Identify problem within the dept and solve accordingly.
∎ Negotiate with supplier for better price Implement all kind of system which management give instruction.
∎ Maintain balanced relationship with all dept within organization. Ensure on-time shipment as well as on-time procurement.
∎ Input all the merchandising data in ERP system.
∎ Prepare all kind of report such sample OBS, Production follow-up, Sample requisition, customer issue log etc.
∎ Follow-up raw material procurement and daily basis. Any other task given by Supervisor.
