∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor/Honors

∎ Age 32 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Process monthly salary & others benefits.
∎ Ensure & monitoring separation employees’ document update.
∎ Coordinate issues & findings with internal audit.
∎ Coordinate with Accounts & finance for on time payment as per local law requirement.
∎ Resolve Payroll & attendance related information.
∎ Coordinate with bank for updating, checking employees account to process error free transaction.
∎ Attendance monitor & attendance analysis as per buyer/client requirement as well as Management requirement.
∎ Update & monitor new joining employees’ information & leave form in KORMEE.
∎ Ensure & Follow-up on time ID card & appointment letter provide to new joiners., increment, promotion & related letter issue.
∎ Employee final separation and separation analysis.
∎ Prepare Yearly/Special increment list as given per proposal.
∎ Payroll system (KORMEE) update & develop new requirement (in require).
∎ Assist & coordinate all types social compliance audit.
