Job Context:
∎ A Leading HR Outsourcing Firm Looking for an Asst. Manager/ Manager-Recruitment.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible as The Recruitment Lead & needs to oversee & manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding the client's hiring needs and developing recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
∎ Collaborating with Clients to create job descriptions and determining the qualifications and skills required for each position.
∎ Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
∎ Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
∎ Lead the candidate screening process, conducting initial interviews, assessing qualifications, and shortlisting candidates for further evaluation.
∎ Scheduling interviews with clients and coordinating the interview process.
∎ Conduct background checks and verify the employment and education history of the candidates.
∎ Negotiate and extend offers to selected candidates, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages on behalf of the clients.
∎ Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
∎ Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to attract top talent and improve the overall efficiency of the process.
∎ Regularly track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve recruitment processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment teams and achieving hiring targets.
∎ Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
∎ Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ High level of discretion and confidentiality.
