Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA in Human Resource Management).
∎ PGD in HRM will get preference.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Strategic Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Job Analysis & Manpower Planning, Microsoft Power Point

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Manage & assist in recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interviewing.
∎ To Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs, and sitting arrangements.
∎ To Manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
∎ To Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to employees.
∎ To Oversee office operations, including supplies procurement and maintenance services.
∎ To Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff members.
∎ To Manage schedules, appointments, and communication on behalf of the Management.
∎ To Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
∎ To Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
∎ To Prepare and update HR policies and employee handbooks as required.
∎ To Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
∎ To Monitor workplace safety and security protocols, implementing improvements when necessary.
∎ To Ensure and management work environment and promote employee relations and employee engagements.
∎ To Refine and enhance manpower planning to elevate workforce efficiency.
∎ To Work on and enhance talent management and performance evaluation strategies.
∎ To execute other works as assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Factory Administration, Human Resource Planning, Labor Law, Safety and Security Management
∎ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, administrative and compliance roles within a hospital setting.
∎ Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices.
∎ Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
∎ Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
∎ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
