Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Prepare production layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and materials.
∎ • Ensuring the budgeted manpower allotted at each operation in line.
∎ • Able to calculate SMV, method study, motion study, time study and line balancing.
∎ • Calculate non-productive time, reduce defects & wastage.
∎ • To do garments manufacturing process break down and machine lay out.
∎ • Able to do risk analysis and identify critical operation.
∎ • Analyzing productivity & calculate efficiency.
∎ • Recommend and organize training for skill up gradation & folder / attachments.
∎ • Train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skills.
∎ • Find bottlenecks, technical difficulties and quality related issues.
