∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must have good communication skill both in English & Bengali with sound computer knowledge.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on RSC/Accord , ISO 9001- 2015, CT-PAT & GSV certification.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Labor Law-2006 and subsequent amendments.
∎ Better to have a six-month course on Fire Safety by Fire Service & Civil Defense.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Carry out manpower planning to forecast future demand and supply.
∎ Ensure of wearing id card & maintaining workers discipline during in & out in the factory.
∎ Maintaining the worker’s personal file.
∎ Look after occupational health and safety issues for the assigned area.
∎ To carry out floor visits for checking health & safety and compliance issues.
∎ Conducting worker’s orientation for the newly joined workers.
∎ Giving awareness training to workers.
∎ Preparation of accounts of all dues of resigned workers.
∎ Make & keep maternity benefit record.
∎ Update the policy & risk assessment documents.
∎ Preparing compliance document.
∎ Maintain grievance handling Procedure.
∎ Maintaining a worker’s discipline
∎ Preparing disciplinary action related paper.
∎ Communication with BGMEA if needed.
∎ Checking license date, fire extinguisher refilling date, and ensuring all necessary documents are available.
∎ Arrangement of the workers’ service book.
∎ Execution of all operations related to increments.
∎ Supervise monthly salary, earn leave overtime and attendance bonus etc. of workers.
∎ Arrangement of the training.
∎ Preparing notice, office order, transfer order, promotion letter, etc.
∎ To execute internal audit to ensure the factory are ready to face external audit.
∎ Fire equipment should always be kept unobstructed.
∎ Ensure safe exit of all floor workers during fire drills and fire incidents.
