In-depth knowledge of Labour Law
Excellent communication in English (Written & Verbal) and Interpersonal skills.

Need to have strong interpersonal skills, a good listener, especially when problems arise.·
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Sound knowledge of computer applications.·
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
Prepare and issue HR documents: appointment letters, confirmation letters, agreements, transfer, promotion, termination letters, office circulars and notes.
Maintain and update employee personal files, contracts, and HR records (digital & physical).
Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines.
Assist in monthly payroll processing including salary preparation, overtime (OT) calculation, and deductions.
Manage employee benefits (leave, allowances, insurance, etc.).
Handle final settlement including PF, gratuity, and clearance.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: job advertisement posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Support handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute management.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company policies.
Assist in conducting investigations and maintaining proper documentation.
Draft and post job advertisements on news Paper, job portals and social media.
Maintain proper HR documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Support internal/external audits and ISO documentation
Monitor daily attendance, leave records, absenteeism, and overtime.
Ensure proper documentation and approval of attendance and leave.
Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by management.
