Additional Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of Labour Law

  • Excellent communication in English (Written & Verbal) and Interpersonal skills.

  • Efficiency, flexibility, high level of professionalism and ability to work under pressure.

  • Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.

  • Should be self-driven and hardworking.

  • Need to have strong interpersonal skills, a good listener, especially when problems arise.·        

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Sound knowledge of computer applications.·  

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare and issue HR documents: appointment letters, confirmation letters, agreements, transfer, promotion, termination letters, office circulars and notes.

  • Maintain and update employee personal files, contracts, and HR records (digital & physical).

  • Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines.

  • Assist in monthly payroll processing including salary preparation, overtime (OT) calculation, and deductions.

  • Manage employee benefits (leave, allowances, insurance, etc.).

  • Handle final settlement including PF, gratuity, and clearance.

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: job advertisement posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

  • Support handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute management.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company policies.

  • Assist in conducting investigations and maintaining proper documentation.

  • Draft and post job advertisements on news Paper, job portals and social media.

  • Maintain proper HR documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

  • Support internal/external audits and ISO documentation

  • Monitor daily attendance, leave records, absenteeism, and overtime.

  • Ensure proper documentation and approval of attendance and leave.

  • Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by management.
