Job Context:
Sinha Knit Industries Ltd. is a reputed export-oriented sweater manufacturing company. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager (Sweater Division) who will be responsible for leading the store team, ensuring smooth inventory operations, and maintaining accurate stock records. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of sweater-related raw materials, trims, and accessories with proven experience in store management within the garments/textile industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the overall sweater store operations.
Ensure proper inventory management, storage, and distribution of raw materials, yarn, trims, accessories, and finished goods.
Monitor daily stock levels, maintain records, and ensure timely updates in the system.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and other relevant departments for smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and safety standards.
Lead and guide the store team to achieve departmental goals.
