Job Responsibilities
Monitor sewing operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and shipment schedules.
Supervise manpower, machine utilization, and line balancing to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Ensure garments are produced according to approved specifications, buyer requirements, and quality standards.
Coordinate with IE, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Analyze production performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
Monitor daily production, line efficiency, absenteeism, DHU, and machine downtime, and prepare reports.
Train, guide, and develop Supervisors, Line Chiefs, and Operators to enhance performance and technical skills.
Ensure effective implementation of SOPs, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Control wastage, improve resource utilization, and support cost reduction initiatives.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, workplace safety standards, social compliance, and company policies.
Maintain discipline, employee engagement, and a positive working environment on the production floor.
Support audit readiness and contribute to achieving departmental and organizational objectives.
