Additional Requirements

• Age 40 to 50 years for manager 30-40 for master

• Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial position in CAD/Pattern Department.

• Strong knowledge of Woven Garments pattern making and marker planning.

• Proficiency in Rich Peace, Winda, Optitex, Lectra, 3D and other available CAD/Pattern software in Bangladesh.

• Excellent understanding of garment construction, fitting, grading, and consumption calculation.

• Experience in handling buyers` technical requirements.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CAD Manager to lead our CAD Department for Woven Garments operations. The candidate must have strong expertise in pattern making, grading, marker planning, and consumption optimization using industry-standard CAD software.

• Develop and manage garment patterns for Woven products- Jackets, Pants, Shirts, Babys wear, Workwear.

• Create accurate markers to optimize fabric consumption.

• Perform pattern grading according to buyer specifications.

• Analyze and improve marker efficiency to reduce fabric wastage.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Sample, Production, and Cutting departments.

• Ensure pattern accuracy and fit approval before bulk production.

• Handle size set and pre-production pattern corrections.

• Maintain pattern library and CAD data records.

• Train and supervise CAD operators and pattern technicians.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to pattern and marker making.
