Technical Knowledge: Strong ability to read and interpret technical specification sheets (Tech Packs), measurement charts, and fabrics etc.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail to spot minor shading issues, yarn defects, and structural irregularities, all print/emb findings and approval.

Communication: Good verbal communication skills to explain defects to floor operators and report to management.

Familiarity with international buyer quality standards (e.g., H&M, Primark, Takko quality protocols).

• Conduct regular inline/inspections at various stages of production, including fabric, stitching, and finishing.

• Perform AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) sampling inspections on semi-finished and finished goods and reports daily basis to Team leader.

• Identify defects such as fabrics, print, embroideries, shading variations, measurement deviations, and stains.

• Measure garments against the approved buyer spec sheets and tech packs to ensure size accuracy.

• Check stretchability, rib recovery, and overall fit parameters specific to knitwear and woven.

• Isolate defective pieces and immediately report systemic issues to the Floor Supervisor or Production Manager.

• Work alongside the knitting and assembly teams to troubleshoot the root cause of recurring defects (e.g., machine malfunctions or yarn flaws).

• Maintain accurate daily quality reports, defect logs, and inspection checklists.

• Provide feedback to the Team lead Manager regarding production quality reports.
