Ability to manage a team and ensure regulatory compliance.
Very Good Computer Literacy
Can work under pressure
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
A reputed Group of company is looking for a result-oriented ETP Manager for Textile Industry, who will support its continuous growth in the area of ETP field.This is a Mid-level position for the deserving candidate who has a strong analytical ability for ETP and would like to develop a career in the textile wet processing and Printing industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the daily operation of the ETP.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
Monitor treatment processes and maintain optimal plant performance.
Lead and train ETP operators and supporting staff.
Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to ETP operations.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities and internal departments.
Implement preventive maintenance programs and process improvements.
To coordinate Buyer / Buyer Representative / auditor regarding visit or audit.
Lead, coordinate and support all activities of ETP and any other relevant audit.
Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene, and safe environment.
Maintain all ETP related documents as per buyer and environmental requirement.
Sound knowledge regarding Labour and Environmental Law & rules.
Independently Buyer handling Like H&M, Inditex, C&A, M&S, LIDL, ALDI, Next, Primark, K-Mart.
