·         The candidate appointed to this post will have to fully supervise the security and safety system of the factory premises.

·         The candidate must be a retired army officer and must be strong in terms of leadership, integrity and adherence to principles.

·         Ensure the security of the factory premises, assets and employees.

·         Implement and monitor security policies, patrol schedules and entry-exit control systems.

·         Supervise and train all security personnel.

·         Investigate and report any security breach, theft or irregularity to the management authority.

·         Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and administration.

·         CCTV monitoring, fire protection system and emergency plan implementation.

·         Preparing daily and monthly safety reports.

·         Maintaining discipline among employees and ensuring smooth and orderly movement of production activities.

·         Assisting management in VIP visits, audits and emergency situations.

·         Performing other tasks as directed by other regulatory authorities or management.
