Job Type: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist in developing seasonal fashion collections from concept to final sample.

·       Support the design of trend-focused Women’s wear collections aligned with brand identity.

·       Develop and modify patterns and cut lines for sample and production.

·       Help create mood boards, themes and design inspirations for new collections.

·       Prepare basic sketches, technical drawings and design specifications.

·       Assist in selecting fabrics, materials and trims for samples and production.

·       Collaborate with merchandising, marketing and production teams for design execution.

·       Participate in product development meetings and support design discussions.

·       Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers during sample development.

·       Check sample quality and assist in necessary design corrections.

·       Support trend research and market analysis activities.

·       Stay updated with fashion trends and consumer preferences.

·       Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Experience Requirements:

·       1–2 years of experience in fashion design (women’s wear preferred) with a focus on fashion and trends.

·       Strong knowledge on pattern making and cutline development.

·       Basic understanding of garment construction and fitting.

·       Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop is a plus).

·       Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Additional Requirement:

·       Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop)

·       Excellent artistic and creative abilities with an acute attention to detail.

·       Strong presentation and communication skills.

·       Knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and manufacturing processes.

·       A thorough understanding of product development and graphic design.

Preferred Skills:

·       Experience in women’s fashion retail or manufacturing industry.
