Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

• Age 26 to 32 years

1. Support sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets for Packaging & Accessories products.

2. Maintain regular communication with existing customers and assist in developing new customer relationships.

3. Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure timely response and order confirmation.

4. Assist in identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities.

5. Coordinate with customers regarding order requirements, delivery schedules, and product-related information.

6. Prepare quotations, sales documents, and maintain accurate customer records.

7. Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery.

8. Monitor order progress and update customers regarding order status when required.

9. Conduct market visits and collect information on customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.

10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as directed by the supervisor.

11. Maintain proper documentation of sales activities, customer communications, and order records.

12. Provide after-sales support to customers and address basic customer concerns promptly.

13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards during sales operations.

14. Assist the Assistant Sales Manager, and Sales Manager in achieving departmental objectives.

15. Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
