Experience:
Conduct awareness of workers on general issues like company rules, policies, regulations, procedures, and workplace discipline.
Organize induction and orientation programs for newly joined employees.
Conduct counseling to employees regarding absenteeism, lateness, misconduct, and other workplace concerns to improve attendance and discipline.
Support line management by counseling employees facing performance or behavioral challenges.
Develop and implement monthly and annual employee welfare and training plans.
Conduct awareness and training programs in compliance with company requirements and buyers' Codes of Conduct (COC), maintaining all necessary records and documentation.
Coordinate internal and external training programs as required.
Arrange Participation Committee (PC) meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and maintain related records.
Manage employee grievance mechanisms, including grievance box monitoring, investigation, and resolution follow-up.
Conduct regular floor visits to ensure a safe, healthy, hygienic, and worker-friendly working environment.
Monitor employee facilities, including canteen, washrooms, toilets, drinking water points, and prayer rooms, ensuring proper standards are maintained.
Maintain welfare-related checklists, reports, and compliance records as per company and buyer requirements.
Conduct regular employee awareness sessions on health, safety, company policies, workplace discipline, and welfare issues.
Follow up on employee welfare matters, including maternity benefits and statutory welfare support.
Coordinate employee separation processes and maintain records for long-term absent employees.
Monitor absenteeism, lateness, and other workforce-related trends, and prepare relevant reports.
Liaise with HR, Compliance, and Management to ensure effective implementation of welfare initiatives.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
