Job Responsibilities

• Ensure washing production targets are met on time with quality by achieving daily and monthly production goals, laying out production schedules, ensuring peak efficiency, minimizing machine idle time through real-time tracking, and monitoring bulk machine utilization reports.

• Maintain dyeing production flow by promptly addressing quality issues, effectively managing critical washes and new styles to enhance productivity, ensuring approved percentage level for rewash, and rejection, conducting random shade and weight checks, and preparing for buyer audits.

• Optimize machine and manpower utilization, manage chemical dosing and bleaching preparations, reduce wash costs by analyzing recipes and efficient chemical use, and ensure smooth production by addressing absenteeism, monitoring progress, and solving problems.

• Follow up closely on critical washes like dyeing E-flow, acid wash, and ozone wash, ensuring sustainable procedures are implemented effectively.

• Ensure recipes are signed by production heads, displayed on machines, and reference shades are prepared for enzyme, bleach, clean, and tint processes, while also maintaining batch hydro time, dryer temperature, and cooling time per the recipe.

• Analyze and evaluate monthly production records and quality reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Foster a positive working environment by motivating employees, executing staff performance evaluations, and providing training and development to enhance skills and productivity.

• Ensure the use of PPE, maintain an organized wash floor, implement efficient production planning, and monitor wet machines for optimal running modes (Automatic vs. Manual).

• Ensure timely style-wise delivery closures aligned with the shipment plan to meet deadlines effectively.

• Implement safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC.

• Maintain a clean and tidy site, comply with the clean desk policy in place to increase productivity and stay organized.

• Handle other responsibilities and projects assigned for business purposes.
