∎ Lalitnagar, Shah Beliswar, Dhamrai, Dhaka.
∎ AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory
∎ located at Hemayetpur, Savar and a sister concern of AKH Group. AKDL Extention Unit is the Knitting Factory of AKDL located at Dhamrai, Dhaka. The Extention Unit is a LEED Certified Green Factory established before 03 years and now fully operational. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources & Compliance Manager for the Extention Unit to lead the HR & Compliance Team and contribute to the development and execution of HR & Compliance strategies, policies and practices. The HR & Compliance Manager will be primarily responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing a diverse and high-performing workforce that aligns with the company`s goals & values. He will also be responsible for ensuring the social, technical and environmental compliance in the factory and face all types of compliance audits and visits.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing policy & procedures pertaining to HR & Compliance issues.
∎ Develop appropriate HR & Compliance processes and practices in the factory as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization.
∎ Responsible for recruitment, employees' personal files, retention and documentations related to HR & Compliance.
∎ Maintain and follow legal procedures in case of job separation of any employee following Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Take immediate steps to resolve labor dispute and grievance in a proactive manner.
∎ Face all types of social, technical and environmental audits and visits in the factory including RSC audits/inspection.
∎ Ensure that all statutory/legal licenses of the factory are obtained and renewed time to time within the time line.
∎ Coordinate and assist factory management to ensure required compliance in the factory
∎ premises as per law of the land and buyer's code of conduct.
∎ Maintain environmental sustainability for the factory through activities & work procedures.
∎ Accomplish any other task assigned by superior authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ MBA in Human Resource Management
∎ PGD in HRM and Diploma in Social Compliance will be given preference.
∎ At least 10 year(s) in HR & Compliance responsibility in any reputed Garments industry.
∎ Should be experienced in preparing/organizing various registers/logbooks/all necessary compliance documents related to HR & Compliance as per law and buyers COC.
∎ The applicant should have experience to handle compliance audits like SEDEX, BSCI, ISO 9001-2015, CTPAT, WRAP, RSC and other Social and Technical audits of different buyers.
