Provide support and monitor to entire Group of employees for their any query like leave status and manage all employees’ attendance.
Prepare monthly attendance sheet.
Ensure employees’ salary by working with accounts department.
Responsible for preparing employees festival bonus.
Responsible for working on profit sharing.
Responsible for completing the process of provident fund.
Ensure employees termination benefit.
Prepare maternity & paternity bill.
Recruitment and Selection
Execute the proper selection process steps including Job Posting, CV Sorting, written test, computer test, telephonic interview/ Video interview, interview schedule, and individual assessment or long day assessment.
Propose, articulate and finalize offers (compensation, benefits, etc.)
Ensure/collecting the employee requisition from the concerned department.
Prepare/ensure the Role profile against the vacant position.
Prepare the offer letter, appointment letter and confirmation letter.
HRIS & Database
Responsible for updating personal file and master database file with both the information of new joiners and existing employees.
Responsible for employees’ information entered into ERP software.
Ensure that all important and relevant documents are kept in proper manner in the personnel files besides updating the personnel files from time to time,
Keep the record of employees’ loan/advance, penalty issues in HRIS as well as the personal file.
Responsible for prepare HR matrix & Attrition report.
Responsible to prepare daily attendance report of all employees as per management requirement.
Responsible for any kind of report prepare as per management requirement.
Employee Engagement
Responsible for employee’s birthday celebration in every month.
Responsible for any kind of celebration along with HR team and admin team.
HR Services
Responsible for employees’ ID card & visiting card process.
Ensure employees bank account opening
Prepare birthday list & birthday card of all employees and wishing all of them through email & photo session.
