We are seeking an experienced candidate with strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge in Dyeing & Finishing (Finishing).

• Monitor and follow up on order-wise fabric finishing according to shipment plans provided by the Planning Department

• Coordinate closely with the Planning Department to ensure on-time delivery within the specified lead time

• Develop and implement new processes and techniques in the finishing production line

• Control finishing parameters during bulk production based on sample development, with fine-tuning as required

• Maintain a strong understanding of finishing machines, chemical reactions, dyeing techniques, and finishing agents

• Ensure proper management of manpower, machinery, working area, and fabric quality in line with organizational and buyer standards

• Maximize utilization of machines and manpower according to production capacity

• Ensure proper maintenance of all machines in coordination with the Maintenance Department

• Provide proper guidance to junior staff and arrange monthly training sessions for skill development

• Monitor daily production targets and ensure required quality standards are achieved

• Maintain records of all types of defects (especially finishing-related), conduct analysis, and implement corrective actions

• Prepare daily work reports and submit them to the Head of Department, following instructions accordingly

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by superiors or management
