Responsibilities & Context:
Handle payroll and HR related all activities.
Timely and accurate salary disbursement through bank, bkash or cash.
Handling ERP software for data entry and reporting purpose.
Resolve employee queries regarding in Attendance, OT hours, Salary, OT amount, Bonuses, Increment and all other HR related issues.
