Responsibilities & Context:
Review the system-generated report and discuss it with the team each morning.
To prepare the costing and maintain the revise costing. To develop the sample.
To prepare quotation sample, revise quotation sample.
To prepare and send the paper pattern to the buyer office.
To attend the risk analysis meeting.
To ensure the fabric, thread and zipper booking consumption.
To prepare the photo, wash and counter sample.
To prepare pattern, size set and send it to the buyer office.
To send the paper pattern to the buyer office. To maintain the in house and buying house PP meeting.
To make the first size set sample and make correction. To ensure the before wash man after wash measurement.
To maintain the shrinkage, Assess the previous day's performance and establish daily targets.
Ensure patterns are made according to accurate spec and quality as per customer requirements.
Resolve pattern issues from previous day and reduce the internal rejection along with Head of Samples.
Identify and find solutions to problems proactively related to aesthetic interpretation, pattern design, technical set-up, sample production, fit note feedback and adjustments.
Responsible for accurate pattern grading and marker making.
Monitor production and identify potential disruptions due to emerging technologies.
Adjust the department's daily workload after consulting with the pattern team.
Review and verify the final booking of the consumption sheet before proceeding with the final submission.
Ensure thorough follow-up and oversight of daily activities.
Must be knowledge GEMINI and GERBER Software
