Responsibilities & Context:
Oversees daily activities, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and quality by managing resources, optimizing processes, analyzing performance, and leading teams.
Implement, and refine business processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Oversee the procurement and allocation of resources, including materials, labor, and capital.
Develop and manage operational budgets, controlling costs and maintaining financial health.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure objectives are met.
Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to maximize performance and foster a positive work environment.
Implement and enforce policies and safety measures to maintain high standards of quality in products and services.
Develop and implement long-term strategies to improve operations and achieve business objectives.
Ensure the organization complies with all relevant company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Work with various departments and teams to coordinate efforts and solve problems.
Job Other Benifits:
Salary: Basic salary: BDT 215,000/-, House rent: BDT 35,000/-, Conveyance: BDT 6,000/- & Medical allowance: BDT 6,000/- per month.
Other Benefits: As per company policy.
