Minimum 10–15 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or national management role
Experience in LPG, Energy, or FMCG sectors (LPG experience strongly preferred)
Proven capability in managing nationwide sales operations and large distributor or channel networks
Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance growth objectives and organizational risk
Comfortable working within structured governance, internal controls, and compliance-oriented environments
Able to lead teams through change, scale operations responsibly, and perform effectively under pressure

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead and strengthen our nationwide LPG sales and marketing operations. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, strengthening distributor networks, and expanding market presence across Domestic, Commercial, Industrial, and Autogas segments.
The role requires strong commercial capability, sound judgment, and the ability to work responsibly within structured systems, internal controls, and cross-functional accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and drive national sales strategies to achieve sustainable volume and revenue growth across all LPG segments
Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams and key account functions, promoting accountability, professionalism, and ethical conduct
Develop, monitor, and strengthen distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks nationwide, ensuring transparency and commercial discipline
Ensure sales activities, pricing practices, credit exposure, and collection activities operate within approved company policies, authorization limits, and internal control frameworks
Coordinate closely with Finance, Operations, Distribution, and Compliance teams to align sales performance with financial controls and regulatory requirements
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments, and convert insights into structured business actions
Represent the organization in negotiations with corporate, industrial, and institutional clients, maintaining long-term business integrity
Deliver accurate sales forecasts, MIS, and management reports supported by clear data sources and audit trails
