Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage sales operations across all branches
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of branches
• Prepare and submit performance reports to management
• Train, guide, and supervise branch sales teams
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and brand standards in all outlets
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service quality
• Coordinate with head office for inventory, promotions, and operational needs

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in retail sales management or a similar role
• Experience in clothing or fashion retail will be given preference
