Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and communicate with potential candidates through phone, WhatsApp, and social media
Explain overseas job opportunities and convert interested candidates into confirmed applicants
Achieve monthly candidate onboarding and sales targets set by the company
Assist candidates with registration and onboarding process
Collect, verify, and organize candidate documents (CV, passport, photos, etc.)
Maintain and update candidate data in Excel or CRM/database
Follow up with candidates to ensure completion of application and required payments
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the recruitment team
Provide basic guidance to candidates regarding the recruitment and visa process
