Position: Multinational Company is Hiring: HEAD OF REGIONAL SALES (for our international operations)

Salary: BDT 25,000 - 1,00,000 + Commission

You will work in an International Environment

From our office in Uttara, Dhaka, you will work with colleagues and partners across:

Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Croatia, Romania, and the United Kingdom.

You will gain global business exposure, build international relationships, and help expand our presence across multiple markets.

Your Leadership Mission

As Head of Regional Sales, you will play a key role in our growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring a regional sales team

• Driving business development and client acquisition

• Building strong relationships with international partners

• Achieving ambitious sales targets

• Supporting marketing and sales strategy

• Helping develop the next generation of sales professionals

• Travel Agency / Tourism

• Manpower / Student Recruitment

• Insurance Sales

• Retail or Wholesale Consumer Goods Brands

• Pharmaceutical Industry (Medical Representative / Sales Officer)

Requirements

- Strong leadership and sales experience

- Age 35+

- Excellent communication in Bengali, Hindi, and English

- Professional attitude and strong work ethics

- Ability to inspire and manage a team

- Willingness to build a long-term career

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary:

BDT 25,000 – 1,00,000 (based on experience and your performance)
