  • Proven experience in sales, candidates from paint and paint related industry will be given preference.

  • Should possess strong written and oral communication skills in both Bangla and English.

  • Need to have proactive and confident approach to effectively promote and sell products at premium prices.

Responsibilities & Context:

ASIA COATINGS (PVT) Ltd. A fully owned subsidiary of JAT Holdings PLC which is a multinational wood coating and paint company headquartered in Thalawathugoda, Sri Lanka. The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing, selling and distribution wood coatings and products related to the retail and industrial sectors. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is located at Birulia, Savar. Currently we are in need of Sales Executive.

Job Description:

  • Visit outlets of Lacquer & Paint (Dealer’s point & retailer’s point) at route on regular basis.

  • Maintain relationship to retain existing customers of Lacquer & Paint as well as source new market.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly or weekly financial reports

  • Collect market data about business scenarios like competitors’ sales volume, campaigns, market share, etc. and assist the section head regarding the market policy.

  • Communicate and develop strong network with Dealers & Retailers for maintaining long term business relationship.

  • Determine market requirements for existing and future products by conducting market research on a regular basis.

  • Collect order from the market and place order through proper channel.

  • Achieve pre-determined sales target to contribute in boosting up revenue.

  • Coordinate & Communicate with the distribution & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of product.

  • Identify new clients by introducing business and its facilities proactively in order to maximize revenue for the organization.

  • Prepare reports; for example: Sales report, Sales Forecast, Market analysis etc. and submit to immediate supervisor on a regular basis.
