Additional Requirements:
Minimum 10 years working experience in paint production.
Advance knowledge operating paint production machines.
Advance written and spoken English.
Responsibilities & Context:
Asia Coatings (PVT) ltd is a 100% foreign investment paint company in Bangladesh. Company doing wood coating business, Decorative items, innovative designs, sustainable solutions and high-quality service for conscious clients in Bangladesh. In order to facilitate our large expansion program, the following personnel are required urgently.
Job Responsibility:
To manage, organize and oversee all manufacturing projects and operations.
Have proper plan of monthly weekly & daily alkyd production planning.
Segregate the production plans as per batch.
Check all the machineries whether all are okay to run the operation or not.
Set the SOPs of all the machineries.
Set up all the parameters of all the RM & FGs.
Responsible for the resin production. Responsible of packing all the FGs.
Ensure the safety, hygiene & proper wastage system in the plant.
Proper mechanism of waste water discharge.
Plan the working roaster for the plant.
Do regular maintenance of all the machineries and equipment’s.
Identifying deficiencies in chemical processes and developing improvements.
Develop concepts, products, and solutions by working with company business units.
Job Other Benifits:
Basic Salary USD: 1,700.00, House rent USD: 245, Conveyance Allowance USD: 20.00 and Medical USD: 80.00 per month as per company policy.
