Responsibilities & Context:
Administer the field sales force of the assigned region in a proper manner, which ensures individual growth and target achievement, and analyze team performance to identify skill gaps as well as training needs for desired performance.
Initiate, execute, and coordinate an action plan to penetrate products in the markets.
Carry out sales promotion, demand generation, and consumer education activities.
Ensure product availability & visibility in outlets of headquarter / outstation/highway markets.
Identify and develop potential market, dealer, distributor etc. based on the assigned target.
Ensure region-wise strong dealer presence and distribution infrastructure.
Meet the company sales & revenue target with proper planning and execution with extended standard skills, and customer focus.
