Responsibilities & Context:
Review and analyze order sheets from buyers or merchandisers.
Plan and monitor the execution of orders from fabric knitting, dyeing, finishing to delivery.
Coordinate with the knitting and dyeing teams to schedule production based on capacity and deadlines.
Track daily production progress and address any delays or issues.
Ensure correct dyeing recipes are followed and that fabric quality meets the required standards.
Communicate with the quality control team to ensure fabric is inspected and approved before delivery.
Prepare daily and weekly execution reports for internal review and buyer updates.
Ensure timely dispatch of goods as per buyer schedule.
Maintain all records and documentation related to orders, including work orders, delivery challans, and approvals.
Ensure all processes comply with company policies and safety standards.
