Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Having experience in a large knit factory checking.
Follow-up, monitoring and reporting activities of Quality issues.
Capable to work independently.
Provide quality guidelines & technical advice.
Able to perfectly matching every shade as buyer requirements and ensure the best quality as per buyer`s requirements parameter.
Responsibilities & Context:
Overall responsible for the Color Laboratory of the Company.
Lead a Lab Team for conducting day to day require for Color Matching, RFT, Lab to Bulk Follow up.
Keep liaison with the Production Team for their Accuracy (Sample to Bulk Production).
Maintain the Compliance issues properly by identifying the hazard and take proper necessary steps to avoid theses Internal Quality development & analysis.
Checking the sample before sending to customer & Keeping records.
