• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Textiles,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• Having experience in a large knit factory checking.

• Follow-up, monitoring and reporting activities of Quality issues.

• Capable to work independently.

• Provide quality guidelines & technical advice.

• Able to perfectly matching every shade as buyer requirements and ensure the best quality as per buyer`s requirements parameter.

• Overall responsible for the Color Laboratory of the Company.

• Lead a Lab Team for conducting day to day require for Color Matching, RFT, Lab to Bulk Follow up.

• Keep liaison with the Production Team for their Accuracy (Sample to Bulk Production).

• Maintain the Compliance issues properly by identifying the hazard and take proper necessary steps to avoid theses Internal Quality development & analysis.

• Checking the sample before sending to customer & Keeping records.
