Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline from a recognized university.MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field will be preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Commerce, or Online Business Operations.Experience working with online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms will be highly preferred.
Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystem and digital marketplaces.
Experience in managing online product catalog and digital inventory systems.
Ability to coordinate with IT, warehouse, logistics, and marketing teams.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and e-commerce management tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.
Job Context
Primitek Group is establishing a comprehensive E-Commerce platform where all finished goods of the company will be digitally displayed and available for online purchase by potential customers. The platform will allow customers to explore products, place orders, and complete transactions online.
To successfully launch and manage this digital sales channel, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager / Sr. Manager – Operation (E-Commerce) who has strong knowledge of end-to-end e-commerce operations, online product management, digital order processing, and customer experience management.
Key Responsibilities / Job Description
Lead and manage the overall e-commerce operations including product listing, order management, and customer service.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all finished goods are properly uploaded, categorized, and updated on the e-commerce platform.
Manage product catalog, product descriptions, pricing, and inventory synchronization.
Oversee online order processing, payment verification, and delivery coordination.
Ensure smooth integration between warehouse, logistics, and digital sales channels.
Monitor website performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
Manage relationships with digital payment gateways, logistics partners, and IT teams.
Ensure proper order tracking, delivery updates, and after-sales support.
Prepare and present operational reports, sales reports, and performance analysis to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
