Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure Regional/Divisional primary & secondary sales target.
Provide proper market Analysis with Strategic plan.
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales target.
Distribute Daily Sales target and achieve it.
Assigning, coaching, and motivating sales staffs.
To analyze manpower needs and gaps with HRM department on manpower issues.
Identify market gaps & take necessary action.
Movement scheduling of sales staffs and monitoring their movement.
Counseling and disciplining sales staffs in assigned region.
Visit dealer point regularly.
